What does the article say, that the belgium soldier was barking on account of resentment. Humans do not bark, dogs do, the military man usualy shouts since the military training includes daily march with heavy shoes on a metaled surfice damages a part of the upper chamber of the brain, hence they have to hout to other soldiers without even realizing that they are loud! Good luck in your mission, whatever it is and look after yourself. Afghanistan is not a safe place for foreigners.
