I believe Zuma has alot on his plate because weeding out government officials that have been in those positions for a long time, some of them since the beginning of the democratic government, is not an easy task. Also there needs to be a sort of skills registrar in those certain areas where people can be known and be considered first for any employment available. I hope the government as a whole is ready to fix this "SALGA SAGA".
