		<description>Originally the 4 hedge funds were going to get the reorganized debtor with 17.7 billion dollars in net operating losses and shareholders were going to be wiped out.  After mediation shareholders got both the $75 million dollar enhancement AND the 95% of the reorganized debtor with the enormous net operating losses.  Starke, do you still think those insider trading claims were &quot;weak&quot;?</description>
