Read the whole thing, it’s just not there, but the media reported and continues to report it as if it were fact – and it’s so easy to verify that it’s just not true!!C’mon Reuters. C’mon AP. The Idaho Stateman I’d expect this crap from. Or the National Inquirer. But the wire services are the last hope we have for basic standards in reporting.

Dom Imus’ quote was not made memorable by him. a week after he said it, the rev. al and the news media repeated the quote every 15 minutes for 3 days. the news media should take the credit for that quote. I heard imus say it and forgot about it. Now it’s in my head cause the media made it big, NOT IMUS.
