This may be obvious as hell, but maybe not. If you want to lose weight, try using smaller plates. A new study shows that using smaller bowls and spoons may curb the amount of food you eat.
People could try using the size of their bowls and possibly serving spoons to help them better control how much they consume, researchers said.
All of this may mean we start buying toy tea party sets, etc., and using teensy weensy dishes with teensy weensy utensils.

- Posted by yayverilyWho eats meatloaf with a spoon?
- Posted by Fluffy BunnyI tried this and it doesn’t work. I used a spoon that was half the size of a normal one and all that happened is that it took me twice as long to eat dinner.
- Posted by John C AbellInterestingly enough, having one cup of a hot drink after eating a piece of high fiber fruit - before lunch or dinner works wonders to decrease appetites.
Obviously the drink should be low in calories
- Posted by Search Engines WEBIt looks disgusting. And drinking water when you feel hungry is another way to curb your appetite. Sometimes all the body wants is water…drink some…and wait 30 minutes to see if you are still hungry. This will also help you reach the reccomended 8 glasses of water a day!
- Posted by BekahIt turns out Sally wasn’t anorexic, she was just using the utensils from Barbie’s Malibu Dream House to eat.
