Funeral customs vary widely from place to place, as each culture seeks to honor the dead in its own meaningful way. In parts of China, it turns out, they’ve been doing it with rip-roaring striptease acts.
Police swooped last week after two groups of strippers gave obscene performances at a farmer’s funeral. It seems the reasoning is, the larger the crowd at a funeral, the more the dead is honored, and the more strippers you hire, the bigger the crowd, and who can argue with that? Here’s the story:
