Could more than 100 million users be wrong? Are kids crazy? Or are Web site reviewers just old farts? (Not sure, yes, possibly.)

MySpace beat out HamsterDance.com (No. 9) , Rentmychest.com (No. 25) and InmatesForYou.com (No. 23) to top PC World’s 25 worst Web sites, calling the fastest growing Internet property “poorly designed and counterproductive.”

PC World points out what most MySpace followers already know — the meteoric rise, the teenager’s bedroom decor school of Web design, the sex predators, and the high quality of social discourse.

How they beat out InmatesForYou.com, which is sort of a Match.com meets “Chained Heat”, is completely beyond us.

PC World: Is MySpace totally bad? Not at all. Are we old farts? Yeah, probably. But the Web’s most popular site needs a serious security reboot. And probably a makeover. Until then, MySpace won’t ever be OurSpace.
