This man owns the first electric car in everyday use in Estonia. Judging from our video footage it looks pretty neat, but our story warns that the car can’t be exposed to temperatures under 41 degrees Fahrenheit because the batteries will die.

Unfortunately, for seven months of the year there, average lows are below that, so you wouldn’t want to drive after, well, this month. Continue for Rough Cut Video:
