Once more, technology makes a dubious contribution to life. Magicians know how to leave something to the imagination, and so do horror movie-makers, but some people just don’t get it.
This time around it’s some scientists who have invented a T-shirt that allows air guitarists to play actual music as they strum the air. It’s being called a ”wearable instrument shirt,” and it has sensors in each elbow and sleeves to detect and interpret the air guitarist’s arm movements…
Isn’t that great? I suppose the next step is a shirt that anticipates your movements, so you don’t even need to use your arms. You can’t stop progress, but you can lament it now and then… Here is the story:
