I guess you’d call this fashion “The Little Haute on the Prairie,” or maybe “conestoga couture.”
Here we are in Brazil, with hedonistic Carnival just weeks away, watching the usual parade of skin at Sao Paulo Fashion Week, when all of a sudden it appears the cast of “Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman,” has stumbled onto the catwalk. Unless these bonnets are aimed specifically at women with really bad toothaches, it’s kind of hard to see where they’re going with this.
