There is probably nothing else like it anywhere on Earth, and we can probably be thankful for that.
A stuffed squirrel clutches a fishing rod. A dead badger hefts a football for a winning pass. Other late animals enjoy a carousel ride and something called the “Topless Girlie Show.”
It’s true. The man behind this roadkill romp is a semi-retired funeral director who says he created these unlikely scenarios to cheer up guests mourning their loved ones. “This is to show kids when they come for a funeral and they cry,” he says.
I don’t know if that means if they don’t stop crying they will have to look at it again, or what, but here is Nick Carey’s amazing story:
