U.S. campuses rattled by threats after massacre
At Vista Murrieta High School in Murrieta, 50 miles (80 km) south of Los Angeles, graffiti threatening that everyone would die on April 20 — the anniversary of the Columbine shootings — and that bombs had been planted was found on Wednesday. The campus was briefly evacuated and security was beefed up, local media reported.
In an article that was syndicated around the world yesterday, you said that Vista Murrieta High School was evacuated after a bomb threat was found on the walls. While threats were found, the school was never evacuated. To verify this you can call the school office and ask to speak with the principal’s secretary.
