Reuters’ M&A blog is here–DealZone comes alive

Welcome to DealZone, Reuters’ new M&A blog. This is the perfect complement to our extensive daily coverage of deals. From the insightful to the quirky, vital to the merely interesting, the blog will provide intelligence for bankers, lawyers, executives and investors scouring the Web for information about mergers and acquisitions and other deals, as well as about the dealmakers themselves. DealZone will give us an additional outlet for deal-related information and stories that we think you’ll find compelling and often entertaining.
The blog will appear within our new M&A Today webpage on Reuters.com. This page is a one stop shop for all the major M&A stories of the day, and because we have a large team of M&A reporters around the world you will find many exclusive stories here that you won’t read elsewhere. On this page you will find our updated breaking news, analysis, the blog and other M&A related story links.
We will also apply the same principles of fairness, sourcing, attribution, accountability and accuracy to the blog as we do to our more traditional reporting.
What kind of stuff do we envision? For a start expect to see quick takes and quotes on deals and M&A trends, interviews with dealmakers and bankers, links to documents or audio files, and M&A related research notes.
Please take a look today, bookmark the page, and visit us often.

One comment so far

I have always found Reuters to be a great source of M&A news, though I miss your calculations of risk arbitrage profit returns. http://www.mergerinvesting.com/pendingme rgers is a good replacement for your service.
