When I worked with local journalists at Ariana TV in Kabul, I was really impressed at their dedication to accuracy and unbias reporting. I think the media vacuum impressed upon Afghanistan under the Taliban regime has acted as a strong provokation for the young generation to strive to be heard and active in documenting Afghan history. The press in Afghanistan is dynamic and roaring to establish a credible identity.
