The caption under the photo of Jerry Garcia states it was taken in Buffalo, NY on August 9, 1995. Jerry died  that date and was not playing in Buffalo.

He was great music legend, I heard after his death his guitar was auctioned for 1.74 million dollars, setting a world record.
