You have a photo appearing on Yahoo that contains a misspelling in the caption (naval/navel). It could be that they store lint at Garden Island.

If, as GWB’s National Security adviser insists, Osama is ineffectual and can only send TV spots, he should look to his own Capo, whose greatest achievement has been to send thousands of our boys and girls to suffer death and maiming without achieving anything but the waste of hundreds of billions of taxpayer resources.
