I mean if the Ultras wanna fight against their rival teams in an honourable no weapons, no hitting a guy when he's on a ground fight it's all fine (search 'russian hooligans' in youtube) But wanton fights and hitting innocent bystanders makes them just pests and risk killing off Serie A.
