		<description>While I agree with the premise of the article that the bank bailouts have been far too soft - here in the United States banking executives should&#039;ve been carted off to jail, their fortunes seized and networks destroyed, for example - I disagree entirely that &quot;the hot phase of the crisis...has passed.&quot;  On the contrary, the soft-as-warm-butter bailouts have merely delayed the hot phase for a while.  

It will arrive, and with it will come violence, rest assured.</description>
