		<description>The failure of the American retirement system means that people must form their own bonds rather than trust Government.  After what is going on with Social Security and Medicare, why would a young person in America ever trust Government promises?  The &quot;bi-partisan&quot; debate is on how to not do what was promised and how to enrich the powerful from the benefits of the weak.  Predatory.

So do not look for household formation to increase.  Look for it to decrease.  Our society has increased the threat level to individuals a great deal.  And there is strength in number and weakness in division.</description>
