		<description>Didn&#039;t I read that people are jumping ship at Black Rock which to me makes praise by Larry Fink questionable.

Though I agree with the Erskine Bowles plan neither Congress or the President will do anything until the need arises again to increase the debt limit which may happen before the election in November.</description>
