		<description>I kind of like this guy&#039;s style.  Hit em fast and hit em hard.  Don&#039;t play games and don&#039;t water down the violations.  If he pulls their NY banking license I think that would be perfect indeed.  Fines don&#039;t do much to thwart bad behavior.  It&#039;s his territory regarding licensing so he has jurisdiction. I&#039;m sure the feds are all huffy and pissy that he took center stage but at least he&#039;s moving fast and not letting things slide into political hush.  I&#039;m sure the feds will do their part and punish this bank as well.  I must admit though I thoroughly enjoy it when a state regulator makes the right noise and brings out the secrets of shady global transactions.</description>
