Hit em fast and hit em hard. Don't play games and don't water down the violations. If he pulls their NY banking license I think that would be perfect indeed. Fines don't do much to thwart bad behavior. It's his territory regarding licensing so he has jurisdiction. I'm sure the feds are all huffy and pissy that he took center stage but at least he's moving fast and not letting things slide into political hush. I'm sure the feds will do their part and punish this bank as well. I must admit though I thoroughly enjoy it when a state regulator makes the right noise and brings out the secrets of shady global transactions. I kind of like this guy’s style.
