Mrs. Obama actually addresses more reasons than her husband with her “healthy diet.” A healthy diet addresses the 3rd and 5th major causes of death, and, is tied to several others such as diabetes. Gun homicides are currently running 23rd, between Prescription Drug Overdose and Texting While Driving. That makes this conversation a distraction, if not completely narcissistic.

The 2016 Y-T-D (2016) list that I’m looking at on the web shows gun homicides at 23rd place between “prescription drug overdoses” and “texting while driving.” The level of this President’s and the media’s coverage of gun homicides simply isn’t warranted unless your head is stuck in the sand. Too many other risks are riskier than gun violence.

Really? The author should widen his social circles.

We’ve rarely witnessed such a lack of logic in our lifetimes as we have during the past 20 years of “gun debates”.
More pairs of shoes means more walking.
