Massive government subsidies mask the true of cost of wind. When subsidies are taken into account, nuclear power is still cheaper. Wind is also less green because, when the wind isn’t blowing, the natural gas backup power stations kick in and release CO2, whereas nuclear has a capacity factor (the ration between the average power production and peak capacity) of 90% as opposed to the ~50% for wind. Solar is even worse. The Topaz solar farm has at a measly 23% capacity factor.
