Their executive jealousies have sewered more that enough aspiring executive managers with creative vision of opportunity. It is not all about the CEO and the Brd. of Directors, without the thousands of talented people they have fleshing out the day to day markets all their efforts are in vain. Hundreds of managers have left GE recently because the right hand doesn’t know what the lefthand needs. GE still harbors the I/me executive priotity concerns not realizing how much talent is leaving because of these self centered perceptions. Case in point a Canadian director unknowingly appointed a managerial group that reported to the Canadian executive rather than the international body in the US. As a result her new group now has to re-establish its whole business plan as the original group chose to leave their position RATHER THAN REPORT TO AN EMPIRE BUILDING FEMALE EXECUTIVE MEMBER.
