Outrageous. Protium is set up in the Caymans which, despite having recently jumped to the OECD's so-called White List, still welcomes opaque structures - to the detriment of ordinary shareholders and taxpayers.

Is this not a fraudulent preference in common parlance? I am amazed that the company's auditors have not indicated their intention to qualify their report to the MEMBERS who appoint them, and that the regulator has once again failed to regulate. Just as no directors of de facto insolvent banks in the UK have been prosecuted or even investigated during the current "ex-crisis" this blatant window dressing at best and conspiracy to defraud at worst sends a very bad message about the integrity of the UK financial system.
