Finally the ignorance and arrogance towards females' abilities in this sector is starting to take a back seat. However, I won't be surprised if there will be many occasions that the women will have to work twice as hard to get half the credit. But that is nothing new and it's obvious the women working in this area have the intestinal fortitude to do so, otherwise they wouldn't be there. Go you good things!!!!
