		<description>We have had bad weather for years, and just this last year the cumulative effects, not the present storms, have driven prices (duh?). Speculators are similar to fundamentalist preachers. They make a living off of unfounded fear and what could happen.The American press is dumb enough to buy into the story line even if the world economy is ruined.
Goldman Sachs and AP employees with shopping carts in a very cold Central Park is a wonderful thought.</description>
