Airstrikes are not the only way to demonstrate tangible support for the coalition, not even militarily. Canada has troops on the ground in Iraq, Unfortunately, we Canadians have only the vaguest idea what they’re doing (training Iraqi troops apparently) and in what number (possibly a few thousand?), nevermind other details, because our government flat-out refuses to divukge details, even under direct questioning in parliament.

For Americans bemoaning the state of their politics and governmental openness, watch this clip. Canadians have it much, much worse.

England is not fighting,it is the U.K. or Great Britain. In total this piece taught us nothing except this so-called writer-reporter can do neither very well!
