She has been a very good but very cautious secretary of state, who kept her distance from Afghanistan and other seemingly intractable conflicts.”

And, she has used the same tactic to avoid any responsibility for the disaster in Benghazi. At what point is she accountable for indecision? The last thing this country will need in 2016 is another President (or candidate) that is unwilling (or incapable) of doing the detailed work that leadership requires.

Of course all of our present-day leaders are interested in foreign policy. Not just Kerry, but Biden and Obama as well, came to their present jobs directly from the Senate Foreign Relations Committee.
