Countries that started outsourcing to a cheap labor country, are suffering most now. In 2008 most of companies planning to cut their workforce in US, Japan and UK. It’s not a solution for long term; people will loose their buying power if they don’t have jobs in these countries. It will create again new chapter for recession in future. Is there no great economist in the 21st century, who helps the world?
If a country continuously outsources to other countries for more than 8-10 years in manufacturing sector and service sector, it’s suicide for economic growth of that country. In future the U.S. may be a third world country, if it continuously outsources its service sector, etc. to the rest of the world.

Outsourcing is a new cancer name for the U.S. economy.
