		<description>I live in Toronto Ontario and the temperature this AM is -20C, wind chill at -30C. The mercury hasn&#039;t been above 0C since before Christmas, and there likely won&#039;t be any break until after mid-February, and that&#039;s the earliest. If this is global warming then I&#039;d like to know what an Ice Age would be like.</description>
