Charle’s post, with a reference to a 1967 work and obvious cynicism towards peer-reviewed science, is what is wrong with many Americans. Science acknowledges the cool/warm cycle, but the data shows we’re speeding up the warming beyond normal rates. The IPCC study on g.w. assimilated hundreds of studies to come up with its findings and is an impartial work of science, not an agenda-driven publication.

Read the article, dude. Man-made global warming is happening now. The cooling cycle is in 10,000 years. That’s a long time to wait for a silver lining to our abuse of the planet.

believe it or not, the earth has always had a cool/warm cycle do to the sun for the most part. this is an easy thing to prove if the science (or lack of) community were not politically motivated. I suggest that you try
reading “Report from Iron Mountain” (1967). For the person who has had dealings with the outside intel. people. There is more “Bogus” info out there than you will probably be willing to accept. Im “less than believing” of much of anything that comes from what appears to be a totally political driven “common enemy” that needs to be controlled. Or is it the people that need to be controlled? Im sorry, I just won’t drink that koolaid. I for one have been in that business…….I just know better. But still interesting reading for the uneducated. This will never see the light of day. Alas!
