Ok, so they aren't going to implement the color ban, but how many millions did they spend on the research? And this only one of hundreds of programs they have. How many products have you purchased then noticed a warning on the back "Known by the State of California to ....Blah Blah Blah...? Like they are so smart. I know I don't want Federal money bailing out California when it spends money on these programs. DJ This state has no money, yet they find ways to spend resources on follies like this.
