		<description>When it comes to ratifying an Environment Bill, the deadlock between the House and the Senate makes the bill died on their incoming mail tray. Within this kind of political environment, we simply could not help any environmental issue. It is true that the Global Warming Issue is hard to tackle without having a lot of compromises. But, we have got to create a platform where all the nations can start implementing all their relevant Green Bills before it is too late. I do hope that the UNFCCC in Copenhagen will bring the Planet its deserved dignity ..</description>
