		<description>Phobia is a political word.  It makes the person who has the fear,prejudice, hatred, etc. sound like a mentally ill person and thereby makes the loathed behaivor/religion/ideology appear as though it is acceptable to all but the mentally ill.  Its quite a sneaky tactic.</description>
