The Pop's visit is an important step to build relations with the Muslim world, And it should not bet mistaken that it is every thing the Pop must do. However a welcome first step.

The Muslim world has many things to do too, we should explain ourselves more to the west. And the west has to understand that there others with different ideologies, and standards.

same courtesy should be extended to hindus. The hindus are very tolerant and accepting. Other religions should emulate this tenet.

Then, religious peace will be universal, violence evaporates. Muslims should turn secular and should cease spreading hatred.

I do not understand why it is always the Catholic Church that reaches its hands to its detractors? When other religions makes offensive remarks against the Church, or should I say, harms in whatever manner the Church, no one bothers. They don't even apologize. But when Rome speaks, the whole world listens! And from there, they will make destructive and hostile criticisms, as if they had not comitted any sins. Indeed, its a sign that the Catholic Church is founded by Christ suffering the same fate with his Lord.
