Isolating one’s self and “devoting” one’s life to meditation make that person, from what I believe, a recluse who is avoiding the world, not a truly religious person who is engaged with others. It’s interesting, and it might help explain some sociopaths. Maybe murderous sociopaths simply are not “firing right” in the brain, and a little surgery could eventually help them to function normally. Or. Maybe they are just demon possessed 😀 (in which case, this science isn’t going to help at ALL). Either way, it is good to be thorough in studying all the potential underlying causes of human behavior.
