Priests raped little boys, Mr. Bernard Law, the CEO of the Archdiocese covered up for them and shuffled them from one parish to another, and finally, the Polack Pope in Rome gave Mr. Law sanctuary and made him a citizen of the Vatican, so that he cannot be brought to justice in the United States. A criminal organization like this presumes to “excommunicate” someone?

The Catholic Church is clear on its antiabortion stance. IT IS A MORTAL SIN.Kennedy was aiding and abetting the murdering of the Innocent, as are Kerry, Dodd, Biden, and many others. It is time the Church ends the hypocracy, double standards, and Sophistry, and speaks out with one clear voice to all Catholics. If one does not live by the teachings of the Catholic Church, they may be Christians, but they are not Catholics.

That’s cannon law. Unless you are a rich “catholic” that is. Been there, done that.My wife deserted me while i served overseas during viet nam…the catholic church says too bad, sorry, can’t remarry. (I did) “You cannot receive communion or rights as a catholic since you entered the first marriage without reservation or burden.”kennedy’s have a special exemption…moneyTells you something abut the church, doesn’t it.

Benny XVI even bestowed an Apostolic Blessing on Ted and his family. One’s conscience is still the highest guide, acc’d. to Catholic dogma. And none of us is a saint–not even those self-righteous ones who have posted here!

Christ said that people should render to Caesar what is Caesar’s and to God what is God’s. It seems to me that fundamentalist Catholics want Caesar and God to be the same in the same way that fundamentalist Muslims want Sharia to be the law of the land. I am saddened by the letter writers who so clearly represent the Publicans praying in the Temple. How mean spirited you are!

Secondly, people I know who had marriages annulled paid nothing or minimal administrative fees. May I remind Catholics that there is a difference between wanting to retain a law of the land and being a personal advocate of abortion. Pro life advocates seem to think that if abortion is criminalized, it will go away and everybody will live in tra la la land after that. Abortion will go underground and possibly there will be even more of them. If government leaders who support prochoice were denied Catholic burials, than no politican in Europe would have a Catholic burial.

Whereas the bishops focus on making it illegal, Kennedy focused on making it unnecessary. I happen to think more lives were saved by Kennedy’s efforts than by our bishops.May you rest in peace.

Yet another example of money talking??
