Men get caned all the time and aren't women equal? The reason that countries such as Malaysia and Singapore still continue their barbaric beatings is simple: Torture works. By abusing people you can try to transform society by even taking violent revenge on the criminal. I bet you can even get someone to confess to something--you think? These places should be kicked out of the United Nations and all trade and travel should be boycotted and or banned. What is wrong with women getting caned?
