Comments on: German court fines SSPX Bishop Williamson for denying Holocaust Religion, faith and ethics Sat, 23 Apr 2016 23:25:07 +0000 hourly 1 By: SteveMD2 Thu, 12 Jan 2012 04:38:28 +0000 I wonder if hitler would have readmitted the ghosts of 6 million Jews to life?

Yes sure, ugh

Benedict was born in 1928 and grew up in the nazi era. He learned his lessons well in their hitler youth core, even if he was drafted.

Just note that now that this issue has been exposed, we have all these complicated lies appearing.

The church will do anything to preserve its money and power. Its been reported that Williamson has about 600,000 neo nazi followers.

The church needs the money to pay off the victims of the endless hidden molestation of children.

By: Tom Heneghan Wed, 13 Jul 2011 12:57:34 +0000 WinterGreen, you’re confusing “readmitted” and “reintegrated.” Williamson and the three other SSPX bishops were outside of the Communion of the Church when they were excommunicated. When the ban of excommunication was lifted, they were back inside of the Communion of the Church. So they were readmitted to the Church, which was the minimal step to take. But they have not — or at least not yet — been fully reintegrated as bishops (which they are, validly but illicitly), which means they have no clerical role or function within the Church. The whole point of the negotiations that have been going on between the Vatican and the SSPX is to come to an agreement on Church teaching, especially acceptance of Vatican II, as a prerequisite for reintegrating them into the Catholic clergy. This was clearly going to require concessions from the SSPX, but Pope Benedict handed them the Vatican’s main bargaining chip — the excommunications — before the SSPX made any concession on Vatican II. So it’s no surprise these talks seem to be going nowhere. The SSPX bishops are no longer excommunicated and they continue to ordain priests in defiance of the Vatican and oppose Vatican II. They got what they wanted and the Vatican go nothing.

By: WinterGreen Tue, 12 Jul 2011 15:08:20 +0000 Bishop Williamson was not “readmitted”. He had a canonical penalty lifted. Just because you have a canonical penalty lifted does not you are automatically reintegrated into the Church. They are still outside the Communion of the Church because they refuse to accept Church teaching, especially regarding Vatican II.
