		<description>With a society that is increasingly global in scope, is it not reasonable to consider a &quot;supranational authority&quot; of some kind? If not one person, perhaps an internationally elected body? Do global problems not require global solutions?

With a fully realized global authority not yet experienced in humanity&#039;s  history, I think the idea needs its due consideration before being completely rejected. &#039;Nations&#039; were at one point in human history unimaginable, yet today...</description>
