Let's not be fooled by Schönborn's resistence. In continuing to support the liberalism of Vatican II, he continues to open the door to all these abuses. He doesn't want to, but the false teaching of ecumenism and of religious freedom allow the notions of 'many roads to heaven,' and thus to all these aberrations. The liberal hierarchy wants to put the brakes on, and stop at its own rupture with tradition, but just as things developed in protestantism, other disobedience follows. The church of England didn't want the Puritans, but the Puritans were a development from the first break. So is this one. It happened in every country that broke with the Church, and eventually they all have landed in the logical development of secularism and the end of religious sentiment altogether. The only 'cure' is to repudiate all the false doctrine and the 'new mass' and return to tradition.
