The constitution does exist yet has never been implimented in true letter and spirit as confirmed by supreme court in judgement dated june 8, 2012. e.g, tax defaulters are illegible to participate in election and deserve two & half years in prison, former primer minister who remain in office for four & half years did not have tax department registration number.
