Oprah Winfrey is an amazing hypocrite! She has Obama on her show twice and then says she won’t get involved with candidates! Of course, this Oprah hypocrisy is nothing compared to her latest outrage. Oprah says she is in favor of a bill aimed at child predators. However, Oprah promotes a book by the head of pedophile cult called MK-ULTRA . It is claimed that this book, written by a child predator named William Thetford, speaks for Jesus Christ in his book, “A Course in Miracles”. Oprah promotes this book and of course by inference, pedophile leader, William Thetford, every single day on her radio show. Oprah will do whatever it takes to get Obama elected. Then uses the excuse that she must stay politically neutral when it comes to her show. Of course! we understand. We wouldn’t want to put you in situation that would expose your bias. That’s right, she’s already done that herself.

Oprah gives advice on relationships, but has a boy friend who is a door mat … gives advice on marriage, but has never been married … gives advice on child rearing, but has no children … gives advice on Obama, but was a member of Jeremiah Wright’s anti-American racist church for several years. Now, her white women’s audience, which made Oprah rich, wants to know more about Sarah Palin, but Oprah says NO !!!

Christine, it’s true that both Clinton and Reagan were governors…the critical difference is that they were each governors for 2 four year terms. Ms. Palin has only held office for barely 2 years, I don’t think that’s quite the same.
I think McCain thinks that women are just foolish enough to believe if they didn’t get Hillary, ANY woman will do. That’s a shame, and a total slap in the face to everything Hillary stands for. Any true supporter of the ideals that Hillary represents, will choose Obama. They were very similar in their views and will work together to make the changes this country needs.
If you’re for making the people of this country better off now and in the future, and make the country itself more respected again – Obama/Biden are the only smart choice.

Has anybody commented that Bill Clinton and Ronald Reagan were governors, with similar experience to Palin when they were elected president? The press is against her because she is conservative and a Christian and there is fear that she will influence policy. Bush has done damage and people are afraid that a Christian is a danger. I am not so sure that is true.

Oprah will lose status if Obama is not elected. He has been her pet project for the last few years. Oprah wants him in office to complete her life goal of our United States supporting all the world. Their view is to level the playing field. Schools, roads, jobs, they want the people of the United States to provide this for all poverty countries using our countries tax dollars and resources.
As with all, self appointed follow my example because I’m so wonderful and always right, people the only way to accomplish this is to take money out of my pocket because they decide someone else can use it more than me.
Gee..Oprah learned early how to use people and does it effectively. She is the very reason I will not vote for Obama.

McCain has voted with George Bush 90% of the time. I’d say that’s a little less of an independent voice than I’d like. Maverick? Hardly.

Want a real independent? A person who has truly done things for this country? Support Ralph Nader. He’s not as slick as the 2 mainstream candidates, but he’s an option for those of us that want to send a message that the 2 parties are not representing Americans.
If we can break out of the 2 party system, we might be able to get things accomplished in this country before it’s too late!

McCain has constantly gone against his own party as has Palin. It is essential that we have an independent voice in the White House and not just a party line advocate. When it comes to Obama, there is not much of a record on anything, since voting present is not truly voicing an opinion. Should we have a rubber stamp White House in the next cycle and reverse the current situation. We need independent branches of government and for that reason, we need John McCain.

It appears that Palin was for the “Bridge to Nowhere” before it was canceled. If McCain were able to use the Internet he would stop using that in his defense of her as his choice.

1) Oprah has given millions to charity and has urged others to contribute similarly, so your sarcasm is pretty thin.

2) It is not the job of private citizens to make up for what the government is supposed to do when functioning competently. We private citizens elect officials to fulfill our will and do these things for us. What was frustrating about Katrina was that the government that was supposed to act on our behalf responded pathetically, causing untold numbers of unnecessary deaths. That’s just true.

3) When people actually volunteer and jump in, that’s admirable, I agree. So let’s hear your sincere cheer for the effort Sean Penn put into personally rescuing stranded people in his boat.

Silence. Yuh. What I expected.
