As much as I LOVE Mariska Hargitay, this yellow dress was HIDEOUS on her– it would have been great in ANY other color– but yellow’s not for her– as far as I’m concerned the “Best-Dressed” award went to Kate Walsh from “Private Practice”, closely followed by Tina Fey and Brooke Shields– they were PERFECTION!!
