I see Dean Goodman and Bob Tortellotte's review of "Michael" being trashed all over the Internet. Here's my favorite comment:

"Reporting by Dean Goodman; Editing by Bob Tourtellotte" Who are these hacks? Oh, I see...their joooornalists with Reuters, Inc. From the Joooornalism Handbook at Reuters' website: "Everything we do as Reuters journalists has to be independent, free from bias and executed with the utmost integrity." What a joke! Medialoid (mainstream media infected by tabloid journalism) will NEVER give Jackson his due. Why? Because he's so much better, talented and more humane than they could ever hope to be. Goodman and Tourtellotte could not in their entire miserable lives achieve what Michael Jackson did in one single day of his spectacular life. Talk about Tall Poppy Syndrome (google it); we see it in DROVES among members of medialoid. Ugh.

Reuters' description regarding the Bee Gees' Robin Gibb's concert in Beirut last week is not only unfounded but very disrespectful as well. Beirut is a gorgeous, diverse, ancient, and multi-cultural world class city. It is surprisingly sad to know that Reuters employs ignorant correspondents who publish articles with such a poor choice of words!!
Robin Gibb's performance in Beirut was outstanding. This correspondent has actually used the same article that was also published regarding Robin Gibb's performance in Perth. Only a few words were replaced to reflect the performance in Beirut. It could be that the author has a "thing" against the Bee Gees. Reuters should be ashamed of itself for insulting Beirut and Lebanon.
I demand an official apology from Reuters for me personally and for the great City of BEIRUT.

Well I do not know what show your REUTERS correspondent was at but he obviously had a bad case of the grumps because he wasn't at the show that everyone else was at on Saturday in Beirut.
From the moment Robin Gibb appeared on stage the audience were up on their feet applauding and once Robin had started singing they never stopped dancing too. This was a celebration and the atmosphere was electric. Not so clever headlines like 'Bombs in Beirut' and commenting on the low level security it sounds like the journalist hankers after some more war weary reporting. Careful what you wish for. Pop music by one of the greatest singer /songwriter's of our time Robin Gibb singing the music of the Bee Gees the most successful music group in the world after the Beatles celebrating freedom, music and love. Partisan grumpy tired reporting sounds like the journalist had written the headline before he arrived at the Gibb........ I mean Gig. I expect an accurate review from REUTERS. Yours disappointedly
