		<description>Why would anyone believe that a bunch of lawyers, who really don&#039;t understand the financial system, would be able to come up with something worthwhile?  They don&#039;t teach economics in law school.  What you will end up with are a bunch of well written memos that completely miss the point.</description>

I&#039;ll only be surprised of TTT gets something right.  He&#039;s been 100% wrong so far - just like Hank, Ben, Alan, etc.</description>
