		<description>It&#039;s a shame Felix, that legislation is needed to further a very good habit: Biking to work.  My hope is that our facilities group (led by Chris Staal) will pick up on this, speed the communication/ planning process with bldg mgn&#039;t- Rudin.</description>

		<description>see, when you own your own building, you don&#039;t have landlords making stupid rules about not being able to bring your bike inside.  Are they worried about grease dripping from the chain or something?
