Also, acquisition windows are narrow and many years in the making:  Footnoted has been working really hard for years 2003 producing (great) content.</description>

An issue with acquiring Accrued Interest could be that the blogger also actively works as a trader for a financial company.  If Accrued Interest tried to sell the blog then his current financial employer would likely give him the boot due to conflicts of interest.  Given the &quot;trader talk&quot; nature of the blog, I don&#039;t think that would work.</description>
