But, Felix, your piece does rather lack any evidence to back up you assertion that “it’s going to be nigh-on impossible…to be able to get $4.13 a share or higher.”

All you’ve given us is a quick reaction to some noise — and only the WSJ piece could prove troublesome, if Citi were to be flogged for it. But troublesome enough to keep the stock price low?
